Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is one of the most rewarding martial arts you can practice. It challenges your body, sharpens your mind, and builds a community unlike anything else. But it also takes a toll.

The Problem

Most BJJ practitioners train through pain, ignore fatigue, and only stop when injury forces them off the mat. By then, the damage is done — weeks or months of lost training time that could have been avoided.

There's no shortage of apps for tracking workouts, but almost none of them understand the unique demands of grappling. Rolling three times a week is nothing like running or lifting weights. The intensity varies from round to round, the physical contact creates micro-injuries, and the mental load of learning techniques adds another layer of fatigue.
