Common Questions

How do I cancel my Tempo Pro subscription?

Subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID. Open the Settings app on your iPhone, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and select Tempo to cancel or change your plan. You can also manage subscriptions at apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions.

How do I delete my data?

Tempo stores your training data locally on your device. To delete everything, simply delete the app — this removes all locally stored sessions, profile information, and preferences. If you have iCloud sync enabled, you can also remove synced data through Settings > Apple ID > iCloud > Manage Storage. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

Why doesn't Tempo require an account?

We designed Tempo to work without accounts, passwords, or servers we operate. Your training data stays on your device, and optional iCloud sync is handled by Apple. This keeps your data private and means there's nothing to hack, leak, or lose if we go offline.

Does Tempo work without iCloud?

Yes. iCloud sync is entirely optional. Tempo works fully offline on a single device. If you have multiple devices and want your sessions to sync, sign into iCloud — otherwise, everything stays local.
